Quote to Work Order

Client requests equipment via website estimator. Admin generates dynamic quote. Advance mobilization fee is secured via Razorpay before dispatch.

Machine Allocation

Admin assigns specific machine (e.g. Farana 20T / ACE TM 500) and operator. A secure direct field link is generated instantly.

Shift Metering (HMR)

Operator logs continuous Hour Meter Readings (HMR). Overtime and standby hours are split in real time, preventing month-end billing debates.

Site Sign-On Glass

L&T / client site supervisor counter-signs directly on the phone or via WhatsApp link. The shift is permanently locked in Cloudflare D1.

Field Operator: 45-Second Daily Shift Logging

Designed specifically for operators on windy, sunny construction sites. Big touch targets, no complex logins, and automatic start-meter calculation.

1. Open Machine Link

Operator opens the WhatsApp link sent by the admin (e.g. aadhikalki.com/logsheet). Machine name, plate number, and shift rules load automatically.

2. Start HMR Pre-filled

The portal automatically fetches yesterday's closing reading (e.g. 39.0 hrs) so the operator never has to remember or search for it.

3. Enter Shift Closing HMR

Operator enters ending HMR (e.g. 44.0 hrs). Total engine run time (5.0 hrs) calculates live. Operator enters diesel liters and task description.

4. Automatic OT Trigger

If shift hours exceed the contracted limit, a bright overtime badge triggers automatically, logging billable OT hours at the agreed tariff.

Mode A: On-Site Handover

At 08:00 PM (shift completion), the operator hands their smartphone to the L&T supervisor. The supervisor reviews the numbers and enters their name and department.

Touch Signature Pad

Supervisor draws their signature directly on the touchscreen canvas using their finger or a stylus. It captures a crisp, high-resolution SVG/PNG image.

Mode B: WhatsApp Link

If the supervisor is in the site cabin, operator submits shift $\rightarrow$ system sends a 1-tap review link (/logsheet?approve=ID) to their phone.

Immutable Verification

Once signed, the status becomes APPROVED with an exact server timestamp. Neither operator nor site engineer can alter the recorded hours.

Click "+ Deploy Machine". Enter Work Order # (e.g. LNT/CMRL/WO/2026/042), Client, Machine Plate, Operator Name, Shift (12h) and Hire Rate.

2. Send WhatsApp Link

Click "📋 Field Link". It copies the machine's dedicated URL. Forward it to the operator via WhatsApp. The operator never needs to log in.

3. Real-Time Fleet Telemetry

See today's logged shifts, total machine run hours, and cumulative overtime across your entire fleet deployed in Chennai, Port Blair, or Tamil Nadu.

4. One-Click Audit & Bill

Click "📊 Audit & Bill" for any machine. The system instantly computes total days worked, regular hours, overtime amount, and 18% GST.

Audit Log Rollup

System aggregates verified shifts: Total Machine Hours + Standby Hours compared against the Minimum Monthly Guarantee (e.g. 200 hrs).

Tariff Calculation

Computes: Base Hire (₹3,50,000) + Billed OT (₹1,200 × OT Hours) + 18% GST (SAC 9973). Fully auditable with L&T log numbers attached.

Statutory E-Invoice

Data feeds directly into your e-Invoice Template with IRN hash, signed QR code, and SAC 9973 equipment leasing classification.
